LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, founded in 1959, is a non-profit organization that mobilizes the talent of the private sector to work on behalf of the community. Mutual alumni have found its programs to be comparable in quality to Harvard's Advanced Management Program and Penn's Dynamics of Organization Program. It’s scope, however, is strictly the Greater Philadelphia region.

LEADERSHIP's list of fellows reads like a local Who’s Who. Area movers and shakers ranging from the CEO’s of Independence Blue Cross and PECO, to the heads of SEPTA and the Center City District, are united by the LEADERSHIP experience and an affinity for competence, commitment and community.
